We have begun rehearsing in Zandaam finally after 5 weeks in a too small rehearsal room.  It’s a relief but it also feels a bit like starting over.  We are working through part two with what is shaping up to be one long continuous camera take done from the camera crane.  The purpose of using the crane was to let us swoop in and out of a series of scenes and moments within the three narratives.  Although the operators have little experience, they are learning quickly and are rehearsing many complicated movements.  So far it’s quite effective.
